Be sure to select the correct payment option:
*To HOLD the date at minimum the Deposit Only is due upfront, then Pay Remaining Balance Due three days prior to event.
*Pay in Full including the deposit options are available.
A $150 deposit is refundable, provided the space is returned in its original condition.
No refunds for deposits upon cancellation; funds can be transferred to another date if needed.

How Long Will It Take To Get My SacTown Collab Spot Package?
Electronic Gift Cards
Our Gift Cards are delivered by email and contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout.
General Inventory
We operate as a print-on-demand service, which means your items will be freshly printed after you order and most orders are received before noted time frame.
In general, purchased items will be processed within 3-7 business days. Our shipping policy is a standard 7-14 business days which does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping & tracking of all specific orders: we print in house, hire and use outsourced manufacturers to print our graphic designs for speed and quality. Stickers, journals, other merch and accessories can be potentially shipped separately.
Pickup in store may be available if merch is in stock.
Due to COVID-19 and our high regard for the health and safety of our customers, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
